We worked on the switching facilities for Verizon Wireless in various locations throughout California. These are the main communication facilities for the company. Signals from cell phone towers are routed through the switching facilities and transmitted to cell phone users. At these locations, we’ve provided complete interior and exterior painting, deck coatings, steel structural coatings and more. The projects always involve an extensive amount of care and preparation, due to the delicate nature of the facilities and the need to protect sensitive equipment. For this particular project, we coated an exterior generator platform, the diesel tank and surrounding steel structure to protect the substrate from exposure to the elements.
