After your customers have come in, the signs you put in the right places can help them want to buy from you. If your store is big, your customers might get confused. Put up signs to help them find their way around (e.g. clearance, customer service, restrooms, etc.)
There are a number of signs you can use that have creative flair, such as vinyl stickers, banners and posters. Window clings on the inside will help your promotion of the products you are currently featuring. Window clings are simple to put on and take off and can be reused for recurring sales since they don’t have glue on the back.
Put a vertical banner in the entry way so that customers can see exactly what is going on that day in terms of specials. Regardless of the promotion — freebie, clearance sale or new products — it is effective to have that information front and center when customers enter the store as it leads to increased sales.
When customers haven’t been to your store, though, off site signage may be very helpful in directing them to you. You’ll need to advertise in other places, too, so that customers will come to your site. Get attention for your business by putting car signs on your delivery truck. If you need to be able to remove a car sign, you could get a car magnet.
If you want something that looks painted on, a car decal is a good, semi-permanent choice. You can build your community reputation by having events like charity auctions and athletic games. This is a good, holistic away to advertise your business.
