Power plant and utility painting contractors

Coatings for power plants, wellheads, flare stacks, and utility facilities. Safety comes first around delicate equipment, hard-to-reach areas, and harsh conditions.

Overview

Utility coatings that protect steel and equipment

Energy and utility sites are no place to pick a painter on price alone. The equipment is sensitive and expensive, access is hard, and the conditions are tough. Raider Painting is a commercial and industrial painting contractor that covers and protects your equipment while we work and plans every job to finish on schedule, so your site stays safe, operational, and protected.

Steel at these sites is always out in the weather. Moisture, salt, wind, heat, cold, and sun all cause rust and corrosion that shorten equipment life. Protective coatings like epoxy form a durable barrier that keeps steel from breaking down. Our industrial coating experience includes flare stacks, wellhead pumps for Wellhead Electric in Delano, and well heads in Half Moon Bay.

Every project starts with careful masking, thorough surface preparation, and coating systems matched to your equipment and environment. From a single piece of equipment to an entire facility, Raider Painting delivers reliable, long-lasting corrosion protection with minimal disruption to your operations.

Can you work off-hours, nights, weekends, or holidays?

Absolutely! We work around your business’s needs and operational requirements. Our crews can be scheduled during facility shutdowns, between shifts for multi-shift operations, or anytime outside standard hours: nights, weekends, and holidays included. There are no limitations. Just let us know what fits your schedule.

How soon can I get a site visit? How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Site visits are typically scheduled within 2–4 days, depending on the urgency and scope of your project. In many cases, we can provide preliminary pricing even faster by using satellite imagery and client-provided photos, allowing us to complete remote assessments when an on-site visit isn’t immediately necessary. Once a site visit is completed, formal written estimates are generally turned around within 1–2 days for straightforward projects, while larger or more complex scopes may require 4–7 days to prepare accurately. Rush estimates are also available Just let us know the urgency and we’ll make it happen!

Do you service my area?

Yes. Although our headquarters are in California, we work nationwide, including Hawaii and Alaska. We have crews based throughout the country and regularly mobilize teams to meet the needs of projects nationwide.

Do I have to pay for an estimate?

No, estimates are always free. Your estimator will walk through your project details and, in many cases, can share preliminary pricing during your first conversation.
