Cardinal Health called us in need of updating the look and functionality of 6,500 sq. ft. of floor in their Elk Grove warehouse. We recommended an epoxy coating solution that would maintain a great look and durability for years to come. We started the project by diamond grinding and shot blasting the surface to remove the existing coating, any surfaces contaminants and prepare the concrete. Next we patched cracks, removed wall divots and patched with epoxy compound. The coating process started with an application of a primer coat of Neogard 70714/70715 Hi-Solids Epoxy applied at approx. 125sf/gallon and finished off with a top coat of Neogard Acrylithane HS2 Urethane applied at approx. 250sf/gallon.
