This established client hired Raider to refurbish one of the hotel’s kitchen floors. First, we demoed the existing sheet vinyl previously applied to the 4,300 sq. ft. floor. Next, we prepared the surface with a diamond grind to prepare the substrate for coating and applied epoxy patch to any existing cracks. We then applied a base coat of Neogard 70714/70715 epoxy at 150sf/gal. and broadcast a color quartz to refusal. A final finish coat of Neogard 70714/70715 epoxy at 200sf/gal was applied. We also built an integral cove base around the room to comply with local code.
