Developer’s Diversified Realty Corporation needed a complete exterior painting of a large outdoor mall in Pasadena. The surface area covered a total of 1,200,000 square feet, including the clock tower. To access several multiple-story areas and hard-to-reach locations, we used extensive scaffolding and a 130-foot “spider lift”, ensuring that every detail was completed. We provided a comprehensive solution to address each area’s painting requirements while minimizing interference of the daily mall operations. During the process, we collaborated with designers to achieve the desired color schemes and overall look. Our crews provided a top quality finished project, on time and on budget. The client was extremely pleased with the results.
