Signature Point Apartments

Raider has worked at Signature Point apartments on multiple projects. The management contacted us in need of refurbishing the deck around the pool area and entrance fountain. We provided a non-slip coating solution to fit their needs. First we prepped the surface to ensure adhesion and longevity of the coating. Next we applied a primer coat, broadcast an aggregate for a slip coefficient, then applied a final coat of epoxy, topped with a coat of polyurethane for UV protection. The result is a beautiful deck that will last for years and also provide an extra margin of safety for the residents.
